This policy explains what LevelUp Apps & Software collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what you send us, we use no tracking cookies, and we never sell your data.

Information we collect

When you contact us on WhatsApp we receive what you send: your name, number, and the details of your project or inquiry. When you use the AI project estimator, the project description you enter is processed to generate your estimate.

This site uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. Our hosting provider, Netlify, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps) for security and operational purposes.

How we use it

We use what you send us to respond to your inquiries, scope potential projects, and follow up on conversations you start with us. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Third-party services

A small number of services process data on our behalf to run this site:

  • Netlify — hosts the website and keeps standard server logs.
  • WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp under Meta's privacy policy. We never publish our number in page source; it is revealed only when you ask for it.
  • Widgetfied — the AI project estimator is an embedded Widgetfied service; project details you enter there are processed by Widgetfied to generate your estimate.
  • Clerk — provides authentication for provisioned platform accounts.
  • Google Fonts — serves this site's typefaces, so your browser requests font files from Google's servers.

Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy, and we share only what is necessary for the service to function.

Data retention

We keep contact inquiries and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain reasonable business records. Estimator submissions are processed by Widgetfied to generate your estimate and are not stored in a database by us. Server logs are retained and rotated according to Netlify's standard practices.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — just message us on WhatsApp and we will handle your request promptly.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we collect or use information, we will update this page and revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be noted clearly here.
