Terms of Service
Last updated: July 30, 2026
These terms govern your use of the LevelUp Apps & Software website, the AI estimator on our contact page, and any platform accounts we provision for you. By using this site, you agree to them.
Our services
LevelUp Apps & Software provides web, AI and software engineering services under individual client agreements. This website — including its content and the AI estimator — is provided "as is" for informational purposes; it is not itself an engagement, contract or professional advice. By using the site you also accept our privacy policy.
Estimates are non-binding
Estimates produced by the AI estimator on our contact page are non-binding ballparks — not quotes, offers or commitments of any kind. All engagements are scoped and priced in a written proposal.
Intellectual property
Ownership of work product we build for clients is governed by each client's services agreement — not by these terms.
The content of this website — text, design, code, logos and branding — belongs to LevelUp Apps & Software and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.
Platform accounts
Some clients receive accounts we provision for access to platforms we build or operate. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account, and you agree not to misuse platform access — including accessing data that is not yours, probing or disrupting the service, or unlawful use. We may suspend or revoke accounts that violate these terms or the applicable client agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LevelUp Apps & Software is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content, including estimator outputs. The site is provided without warranties of any kind. Liability related to client engagements is governed by the applicable services agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from them will be resolved in the courts of Utah.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with the "last updated" date revised above. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
