Privacy Policy

When you send a brief through the contact form, we receive what you enter: your name, email, company, role and the details of your project. When you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send. When you use the website estimator on the small-business page, the project description you enter is processed to generate your estimate.

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page views and clicks on contact buttons. It sets analytics cookies; we do not use advertising cookies. Our hosting provider, Netlify, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps) for security and operational purposes.

We use what you send us to respond to your inquiries, scope potential projects, and follow up on conversations you start with us. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

A small number of services process data on our behalf to run this site:

• Netlify — hosts the website, stores contact-form submissions in its Forms dashboard, and keeps standard server logs.
• Google Analytics (Google LLC) — measures site usage under Google's privacy policy.
• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp under Meta's privacy policy. We never publish our number in page source; it is revealed only when you ask for it.
• Widgetfied — the website estimator is an embedded Widgetfied service; project details you enter there are processed by Widgetfied to generate your estimate.
• Clerk — provides authentication for provisioned platform accounts.
• Google Fonts — serves this site's typefaces, so your browser requests font files from Google's servers.

Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy, and we share only what is necessary for the service to function.

We keep contact-form submissions, emails and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain reasonable business records; form submissions are stored by Netlify and deleted on request. Estimator submissions are processed by Widgetfied to generate your estimate and are not stored in a database by us. Server logs are retained and rotated according to Netlify's standard practices.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — just email us or message us on WhatsApp and we will handle your request promptly.

If we change how we collect or use information, we will update this page and revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be noted clearly here.
